EnneTI methodology

EnneTI reads behavior patterns and inner motivation separately, then combines both signals into 144 result titles.

Behavior patterns

The test reads four behavior axes: energy direction, information style, decision standard, and execution style.

Inner motivations

It also reads nine motivation structures that explain why a pattern keeps repeating.

Important note

The result is a reference for self-understanding. It is not a medical, counseling, hiring, or ability assessment.

How to read the result

EnneTI results are not designed to define a person permanently. They are a way to describe repeated choices and the motivation behind them.

A result can shift with role changes, stress level, recent relationships, and the state you are in while answering. Read nearby types and tied motivations together when they appear.
