Terms of Use

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of EnneTI's personality tendency test, result reports, share cards, compatibility content, career suggestions, and related content.

2. Nature of the Service

• EnneTI provides self-understanding content and conversation starters.
• Results must not be used for medical diagnosis, mental health evaluation, counseling diagnosis, hiring, capability assessment, legal judgment, or investment decisions.
• Results may vary depending on answers, question design, scoring logic, and the user's current state.
• Compatibility and career suggestions are informational and do not guarantee relationships, jobs, or career outcomes.

3. Conditions of Use

• Users must use the service in accordance with law and these terms.
• Children under 14 should use the service with guidance from a legal guardian.
• Some features may rely on browser storage, cookies, and external sharing services.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Mass automated requests, result API abuse, or attempts to bypass security
• Using results as a basis for false claims, discrimination, harassment, hiring, or evaluation
• Infringing others' rights, reputation, privacy, or intellectual property
• Copying, reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the service without permission
• Using the service for unlawful or socially harmful purposes

5. Result and Content Use

Users may share their own result links or share cards for personal, non-commercial purposes. Results must not be used as definitive judgments about another person.

Question text, scoring structure, reports, type names, UI composition, and share-card designs belong to EnneTI or their lawful rights holders.

6. Ads, Analytics, and External Services

External services such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdSense, Cloudflare, Supabase, and KakaoTalk sharing may be used. Their outages or policy changes may limit certain features.

7. Changes and Suspension

EnneTI may change or temporarily suspend features, questions, report copy, ad placements, storage methods, or service scope for improvement, security, operational needs, or legal compliance.

8. Limitation of Liability

EnneTI does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Important decisions should be made with separate judgment and professional advice where appropriate.

Unless caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence, EnneTI is not liable for indirect, special, or lost-profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled according to the separate Privacy Policy.
